Challenges in Primary Education, distance education in schools on the method of IGNOU

Talking with the media persons for higher education plans, HRD minister Mr. Kapil Sibal said, that the major challenge in primary education in villages. In this area privatisation of government schools may be good idea by planning/talking with local governments; on the same track on which Indira Gandhi National Open University/Distance education institutions offers degree & other certificates courses. He added we together have to clear norms for distance education at school level.
