Kapil Sibal serious to overhaul the Education system

Kapil Sibal minister for HRD is very much keen into the up gradation of the education system in India. He is looking forward as per the plan to prohibit, prevent & punish educational malpractices. In continuation of the same a Bill has been sent to law ministry, by this government has to deal with institution those do not meet promises made in their prospectus, like fee, quality for infrastructure & teachers.

In addition to that there would be accreditation as mandate for higher education institutions, in the said proposal there is very tough parameters are made. About the foreign investment in education, HRD ministry thinking ahead by establishing law. The most awaited plan for subsidy on educational loans may be take place in coming budget.
