New course/programme in gender and development studies by IGNOU

Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU to launch a new master course in gender and development studies. Method of teaching for this master course would be direct classroom teaching. According to the official information from School of Gender and Development Studies of Indira Gandhi National Open University, course will be available (commence) from July 2009.

Duration of the course is minimum of 2 years & maximum of five years. Students have an option to take admission for post-graduate diploma course after the completion of the1st year course, successfully.
