HRD minister plans independent panel to rate schools

HRD Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal thinking for the assessment pattern for the class 10 instead of examination, for class12 it is tough because of at this level student will be going into higher/graduate colleges. He said proposal would be send to state board for their opinion.

Final decision will take place after taking state boards into confidence. Minister for HRD said, we will implement the Yash Pal Committee report within 100 days.
