IGNOU Human Resource Management syllabus, IGNOU PGDHRM syllabus course

Indira Gandhi National Open University has established School of Management Studies SOMS in 1987 to spread management studies. SOMS offers various programmes/courses in management studies. In continuation of the specialised P G Diplomas programmes, PGDHRM is offered as a specialized course in Human Resource studies, duration of the course is of one year, course follows credit system for evaluation, each course having 6 credits & 1 credit is equal to 30 hrs.
