Regional centre of IGNOU at Kolkata was established in the year of 1998 and is located in “Bikash Bhavan” a building of state government having the offices of Ministers of Education and their respective departments, at Salt Lake City, Kolkata. West Bengal government has provided the space in this premise free of rent. Kolkata regional center provides all the Study programme/course offered by IGNOU across the state, details of courses/programmes are as under:-
