School of Management Studies, SOMS IGNOU

To spread world class management studies IGNOU has established School of Management Studies (SOMS) in year 1987. Initially during the time of its starting a pilot programme “Diploma in Management” was launched. Presently SOMS offers 9 programmes in Management and 4 programmes in Commerce. The Management Programme offered by the School currently consists of 50 courses through distance learning. The Management course by Indira Gandhi National Open University recognized as one of the leading Management Programme/course not in India only, but in the world also.
